Reading Promotion Terms

This guide explains wording you may encounter in gambling promotion terms. It does not advertise an offer, establish eligibility or replace the original rules. No current SpeedCuci offer is described here.

Read the whole set of conditions

A headline amount leaves out important conditions. Save the complete terms and their date before making a decision. If the headline and detailed rules disagree, ask for a written explanation. Do not assume a missing condition works in your favour.

Check these details

  • Eligibility: country, age, account status and any exclusions. An accessible website is not proof that participation is lawful or permitted.
  • Expiry: when a condition starts and ends, the timezone and what happens to remaining balances.
  • Wagering requirements: what amount the multiplier applies to, which activity counts and any time limit. These conditions can require substantial additional spending and do not guarantee a return.
  • Restrictions: excluded products, contribution rates, stake limits and prohibited activity.
  • Withdrawal conditions: caps, fees, identity checks and treatment of deposited money compared with promotional credit.
  • Opt-out and disputes: whether an offer can be declined, what cancellation changes and how a decision can be challenged.

When information is missing

Do not rely on an unsupported promise from a chat message or a third-party post. Request the original dated conditions through a verified channel and retain the reply. If you cannot establish the conditions, avoid committing money on the basis of the headline.

Gambling can cause financial and personal harm. Promotional credit does not remove the risk of loss. Do not borrow money or continue gambling to try to recover losses.
